Judging Day was 25th July 2013 

The 11 international Judges arrived at 8.30am on the 25th July 2013 and proceedings commenced with the raising of the Entente Florale flag in the village.

A PowerPoint presentation was given to the Judges, showing all of the wonderful things that Clonegal has to offer.

Following the presentation, judges explored a host of displays in St. Brigid’s Community Hall. A visit to St. Brigid’s Church, the National School and St. Fiaac’s Church was followed by a trip to the Weavers Cottages, where various demonstations of craft took place. The Judges enjoyed the Derry River and made their way to the Ben Mulhall Park, where they were given an exhibition of all of the Sporting activities in the area. The final leg of the journey was Huntington Castle where a community party took place.
